This planned development was at the forefront of growth and development of the I-95 and I-16 interchange redevelopment. Foram originally acquired the property in 1999 consisting of all 4 quadrants of I-16 and I-95 and over 3,000 Acres. Anticipating growth, we saw the opportunity to purchase a strategically located asset in the immediate direction of growth. Through this investment, we entitled over 5,000 residential units, over 300,000SF of Retail/Commercial space, and one of the premier mega industrial sites within the state of Georgia touting existing tenants such as Mitsubishi, Amazon, and Celadon Development Corp.
