Originally founded in 1978 in Atlanta, GA as Foram Group, Inc., the organization expanded to include Foram Management and Leasing, Inc., and Foram Contracting, Inc. Today, the organization is referred to collectively as Foram.
From its Savannah, GA headquarters, the company's seasoned real estate-business professionals acquire and manage an extensive portfolio of properties located primarily in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Loretta Cockrum
CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER
Loretta Cockrum is a consummate businesswoman led by her sense of responsibility to her clients and future generations. Ms. Cockrum founded Foram in Atlanta in 1978 with the mission to manage and develop real estate investment portfolios for families who have a multi-generational wealth preservation strategy. Foram moved its headquarters to Miami in 1986 and has just relocated its base of operations to Savannah, Georgia. In 2013, Ms. Cockrum was named by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of the 25 most influential female real estate executives in the United States. She currently serves on the Board of the Savannah Economic Development Authority, Board of the World Trade Center Savannah, Advisory Board of Synovus Bank, Board Member of Savannah Technical College Foundation where she served as Chairman of the 2020 Foundation Gala, Advisory Board of Miami Finance Forum as well as Advisory Board of The Graduate School of Real Estate Development at University of Miami.

Travis Stringer
PRESIDENT & CEO
Travis serves as President for Foram Group, a position he has held since joining in 2014. Additionally, Mr. Stringer serves as Director of the Foram Group Charitable Foundation.
CAREER SUMMARY
Previously, Travis was a Development Finance Analyst in Los Angeles for Westfield, an international developer, owner, and manager of high-end shopping malls. At Westfield, Mr. Stringer gained experience in retail mall development, retail Leasing strategy, and project finance management and analysis. He analyzed multiple re-development opportunities on the West Coast and provided influential financial analysis that led to key development decisions. Most notable, Mr. Stringer played a prominent role in assembling the proforma for an $850 Million Dollar re-development of Westfield’s Century City Mall in Los Angeles.

Claire Newton
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Claire serves as the Director of Operations for Foram Group.
CAREER SUMMARY
Claire has an extensive background in the financial sector. Prior to joining the Foram Group, she worked in an administrative and planning capacity, supporting the senior management team of a community financial institution in Savannah. Claire also has experience developing and maintaining residential rental property portfolios. Her primary role is to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Foram Group office. She routinely coordinates with the Senior Management Team and Property Managers to identify and resolve various departmental needs.
