CEO/FOUNDER

Loretta Cockrum is a consummate businesswoman led by her sense of responsibility to her clients and future generations. Ms. Cockrum founded Foram in Atlanta in 1978 with the mission to manage and develop real estate investment portfolios for families who have a multi-generational wealth preservation strategy. Foram moved its headquarters to Miami in 1986 and has just relocated its base of operations to Savannah, Georgia. In 2013, Ms. Cockrum was named by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of the 25 most influential female real estate executives in the United States. She currently serves on the Board of the Savannah Economic Development Authority, Board of the World Trade Center Savannah, Advisory Board of Sea Island Bank (a division of Synovus Bank) and Advisory Board of Miami Finance Forum as well as Advisory Board of The Graduate School of Real Estate Development at University of Miami.

TRAVIS STRINGER

PRESIDENT

Travis serves as President for Foram Group, a position he has held since joining in 2014. Additionally, Mr. Stringer serves as Director of the Foram Group Charitable Foundation.

CAREER SUMMARY

Previously, Travis was a Development Finance Analyst in Los Angeles for Westfield, an international developer, owner, and manager of high-end shopping malls. At Westfield, Mr. Stringer gained experience in retail mall development, retail Leasing strategy,  and project finance management and analysis. He analyzed multiple re-development opportunities on the West Coast and provided influential financial analysis that led to key development decisions. Most notable, Mr. Stringer played a prominent role in assembling the proforma for an $850 Million Dollar re-development of Westfield’s Century City Mall in Los Angeles.

KRISTIN STRINGER

PRINCIPAL         

Kristin serves as Principal for Foram Group, a position she has held since joining in 1990.

CAREER SUMMARY

Prior to joining Foram in 1990, Kristin Stringer worked for a major national bank and completed executive training programs in both Commercial Lending and Consumer Branch Management. Since her transition into Foram, Ms. Stringer has acquired over 25 years of experience in the area of Commercial Real Estate; including property acquisition, management, leasing, finance, administration and legal negotiations. From August of 2004 to November of 2006, Ms. Stringer managed the architectural design process and successfully secured a Major Use Special Permit with the city of Miami for Brickell World Plaza, a 1.6 million square foot mixed-use development at 600 Brickell Avenue. She is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.
