MIAMI - Developer Foram Group and general contractor John Moriarty celebrated the topping off of Miami’s first LEED-precertified Silver office building - Brickell Financial Centre. The ceremony featured guest of honor Mayor Manny Diaz, who signed the final piece of steel before it was hoisted up and put into place, completing the steel construction on the 40-story building at 600 Brickell Avenue.
