As Design Manager for Brickell Financial Centre, Jeannette is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the design within the requirements and corporate philosophy of Foram Development. Her experience in both design and construction allows her to review design with a critical eye for aesthetics, cost and constructability of the shell and core as well as the tenant improvement work, all while maintaining our LEED program requirements.
