As Design Manager for Brickell Financial Centre, Jeannette is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the design within the requirements and corporate philosophy of Foram Development. Her experience in both design and construction allows her to review design with a critical eye for aesthetics, cost and constructability of the shell and core as well as the tenant improvement work, all while maintaining our LEED program requirements. She is also spearheading all of the permitting and government agency approvals.

Mr. Del Rio joins Foram after working as an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing systems) Project Manager at Pavarini Construction, focusing his time on planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of designated project area to ensure that goals or objectives of project were accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. His duties also included managing owner representatives, architects, engineers and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
