CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Bill Urban joined the Foram Group in 2006 as its Chief Financial Officer.

He is responsible for all financial aspects of Foram and its managed assets throughout Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Colorado. .

Mr. Urban has 33 years experience in the real estate, wholesale/retail, transportation, education, banking and not-for-profit industries.

From 1978 to 2006, Mr. Urban practiced public accounting with CBIZ of South Florida ATA (formerly McClain & Company) in Miami, the last 22 years as a partner/principal/director. As head of the audit department and real estate accounting and tax division, he was responsible for handling more than 350 clients, ranging from corporate clients with annual revenues approaching $500 million to high-net worth-individuals.

Mr. Urban is a Florida Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Instituted of Certified Public Accountants and the U.S. Green Building Council. He is an associate member of the Government Finance Officers’ Association and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He is married with four children.
