LEADING PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Foram Group hired Will Burgstiner as it pursues a targeted strategy of bolstering its portfolio in Georgia and South Carolina. Foram Group tapped Mr. Burgstiner, a real estate sales and project management veteran, to serve as Georgia & South Carolina Portfolio Manager and oversee this expansion process.

Since joining Foram Group, Mr. Burgstiner has added two new significant projects that complement the firm’s long established and successful holdings. Under his stewardship, the company will serve as advisors to owners of Savannah River Landing project, a 54-acre projected development located along the Savannah River just east of downtown, as well as Foram’s portfolio in Georgia, with the purchase of its newest property which closed in late March.

Mr. Burgstiner, a native of Savannah, began his real estate career in 1981 as a Broker involved in both residential and commercial sales. Next, Mr. Burgstiner  joined the Branigar Organization (which later became International Paper Realty) and throughout an 18-year tenure served as a Sale Associate, Assistant Project Manager in the Commercial Division, and most recently Sales and Development Project Manager for their Georgia & South Carolina Region.
