Tracy Story

PRESIDENT OF MANAGEMENT AND LEASING

Tracy Story is Foram Group’s President of Management and Leasing. She oversees Foram’s expanding portfolio of properties that Foram directs in four states, including the leasing of 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza. Story also directs third-party leasing for Foram Group’s properties.

A Certified Property Manager (CPM) and LEED® Accredited Professional, Story is a licensed real estate salesperson in both Florida and Georgia. She is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association.

Before joining Foram Group, Story worked for CB Richard Ellis, where she was Director of Asset Services for more than four years, overseeing the management and agency leasing operations in the South Florida market.

She is a graduate of Georgia State University.
