John H. Breistol

PRESIDENT FORAM DEVELOPMENT

Mr. Breistol brings over 20 years of construction and development experience to the Foram Team. He is a University of Florida graduate of the School of Building Construction. He has both leadership and technical expertise encompassing acquisition, design and development through construction and property management.

Mr. Bristol’s experience includes an array of projects throughout Florida.

Prior to joining Foram Group, Mr. Breistol represented several private East Coast Developers with an array of projects in various stages of the development process through his company, Florida Consulting, LLC.

Mr. Breistol has had his State of Florida Class “A” General contractor license since 1992, He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, the Urban Land Institute and several South Florida industry related associations and advisory councils along with participating in civic and charitable organizations.

Mr. Breistol has resided in Florida since 1967, is married and has three children.
